LillyDirect is Eli Lilly selling its own medications directly to patients at published self-pay prices. There is no compounding question, no pharmacy sourcing question and no ambiguity about what is in the vial — it is the same FDA-approved product Lilly ships to pharmacies.
It matters most for two products. Zepbound (tirzepatide) is available at self-pay prices well below list, and Foundayo (orforglipron) — the oral GLP-1 the FDA approved on April 1, 2026 — starts at $149 a month, the lowest published entry price for any branded GLP-1 for weight loss.
LillyDirect also connects patients to independent telehealth providers who can evaluate and prescribe. Those clinicians are third parties, not Lilly employees, and Lilly is explicit that it does not influence their prescribing. Since October 2025 there is also a Walmart Pharmacy retail pickup option using LillyDirect self-pay pricing.

You need a valid prescription. LillyDirect can connect you to independent telehealth providers — self-pay visits are listed at $29 — or you can use a prescription from your own doctor.
