Mondae review: what the $69 semaglutide offer commits you to

Read Mondae’s selected plan totals, clinical-approval billing claim, refund exceptions and shipping estimates before comparing monthly prices.

By Semaglutide AI · Updated · Published 2026-10-15

Mondae’s lowest semaglutide headline comes from its six-month selection. The product page changes both the monthly equivalent and the total when the term changes, so the headline alone does not describe the amount a reader may commit. This review follows those selections through the cancellation and refund documents.

We checked the public pages and all three term selectors on October 15, 2026. We did not submit medical details, authorize payment or receive a shipment. The assessment covers published commercial terms and evidence limits, with no numerical clinical score or clinician review.

The selected term changes the price and the total

On the compounded semaglutide page, the one-month selection shows $87. Three months shows $75 per month and $225 total; six months shows $69 per month and $414 total. We selected each option in the rendered public page rather than relying only on the homepage’s lowest figure.

The compounded tirzepatide page shows $126 for one month, $124 per month with a $372 three-month total, and $114 per month with a $684 six-month total. The longer-term monthly figures are arithmetic equivalents of those totals. They should not be read as confirmation of separate monthly installment payments.

The terms discuss prepaid plans, while the shipping policy says one-time and subscription purchases depend on the checkout selection. We did not enter checkout to establish the exact charge date, renewal schedule or shipment quantities for each option. Ask for that schedule and the complete upfront commitment before authorizing the plan.

No membership fee does not remove the need to read the agreement

The product pages advertise no membership fees, clinician guidance and the same price across prescribed doses. The shipping policy says standard shipping is included. The homepage’s price-for-life statement is conditional on the arrangement remaining active; confirm how a pause, cancellation, new plan or change of treatment affects that promise.

The policy also allows additional shipping charges for an incorrect address or refused package. Its description of standard included delivery should not be expanded into a promise that every possible replacement or delivery situation is free. These are provider-published conditions, not a price guarantee from this publication.

Clarify the medical-ineligibility charge conflict

The homepage FAQ says payment is not charged until a physician approves treatment. The refund policy, however, calls telehealth consultation fees nonrefundable, including when no medicine is prescribed. Those statements leave an important question about whether an evaluation charge can apply before or without prescription approval.

Ask whether your selected plan has a consultation fee, its amount, when it is charged and what happens if the clinician declines treatment. We cannot resolve that from the public statements or assume that the marketing answer overrides the written fee exclusion. No clinical assessment or billing attempt was made for this review.

Dispensing can close the cancellation window before shipping

The refund policy generally permits cancellation only before medicine is dispensed or shipped. Once either threshold is crossed, it says the prescription order cannot be cancelled or returned. Contact the support channel in that policy promptly and ask whether the pharmacy has already dispensed the prescription, rather than relying only on the absence of a tracking number.

The general terms say subscription cancellation must meet the cutoff disclosed at purchase. We did not find a universal number of advance days applicable to every plan. A request to stop the next renewal also does not establish a refund for a current prepaid term.

The refund page describes a full refund for a successfully cancelled pre-shipment order, yet separately excludes consultation fees and makes the dispensing threshold relevant. Get an itemized answer about which portion remains refundable. The page also gives different processing estimates: five to seven business days for successful cancellation refunds versus ten to fourteen for other approved refunds. These are company estimates.

Unavailable treatment and damaged deliveries have specific rules

Section 15 of the general terms describes a prorated refund when the pharmacy network cannot fulfill treatment because of shortages, regulatory changes or other outside factors. It bases the calculation on the unshipped part of the prepaid plan, deducting the monthly cost of treatment already provided, and describes processing within 30 days after approval. A credit toward an alternative is presented as an option.

For a damaged or defective delivery, the refund policy asks for notice within 48 hours, with photographs of the medication and original packaging. It describes replacement first and a refund only if replacement is not possible. This narrow delivery remedy is different from an unrestricted satisfaction guarantee. We did not test any of these processes.

Identify the actual prescriber, pharmacy and product

Mondae LLC describes itself as the platform, with medical care supplied through contracted licensed clinicians. The reviewed offer pages did not name the particular clinical practice or dispensing pharmacy for a patient’s order. Request those identities and a clear path for follow-up; a state-availability statement is not an independent licence audit.

The offers are for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Mondae says they are not FDA-approved or equivalent substitutes for branded products, consistent with the distinction in FDA’s compounding explanation. Product illustrations, testimonials and a familiar ingredient do not establish outcomes for the exact preparation a patient receives.

The shipping policy describes dispatch typically five to seven days after clinical approval, with two-day air service after preparation. That is not two-day arrival from signup. Portal access for clinician questions is also separate from a measured response time; neither support nor delivery was tested here.

Put the undisclosed details beside the visible savings

The term selector makes the advertised totals easier to compare. The remaining work is to confirm payment timing, shipment cadence, renewal cutoff, consultation charges and the unused-plan refund calculation. Mark unanswered items as unresolved instead of treating the lowest monthly equivalent as a complete quote.

The Willow review examines a different subscription structure and a compounded sublingual tablet option. Formulation, evidence and clinical suitability should be considered alongside price; this review does not recommend a particular medication or dose.

Our first-treatment questions guide helps turn those unresolved product, care and payment details into questions for the treating team.

Sources and review limits

Provider pages and selected plan displays checked October 15, 2026. Company documents describe their own offers and policies. The FDA sources establish product and regulatory distinctions. No purchase, clinical assessment, licence audit or patient outcome was tested.
